• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I have standardized shipping rates in place for domestic USA shipping and Canada, if you live outside these areas please message me so I may calculate shipping costs for you. (:

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  I ship via USPS First Class with tracking numbers automatically included. Your order will have a processing time of between 1-4 days before it is shipped! If you need the shipping time (not processing) to be shorter, please contact me to purchase priority shipping. You'll receive an email when your parcel is on its way!

• Do you make all of this yourself?

  Yes! 100%! Jewelry making is my full time job and I love every moment of it.

• Why is your jewelry "magic?"

  I create each piece to do a specific thing. Whether it's heal, uplift, invigorate, protect or soothe; everything I make will help you in some way. Crystals and other materials I use such as pure gold and brass, herbs, bones, and teeth all have specific energies that effect things around them in various ways. I learn these energies and transmute them through a modern sort of alchemy into a physical treasure that you can utilize in your life. My jewelry won't give you magic powers, but each piece is a key you can use to unlock the magic you have always had. If you want something specific out of your near future, send me a message and I will match you with something to manifest it.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
