A request for repairing of basic damages incurred within the 30 day warranty period. Simply choose which option best applies to you and send your jewelry to me so I can fix it up!

**Note: You do have to pay for shipping fees in addition to sending your piece(s) to me.

**I cover the most common repairs for free (including but not limited to replacing one wire wrap, replacing/repairing chain, replacing clasp/jump ring, replacing one or a few beads, retying knots) however in cases of extreme damage (center stone is crushed/cracked/chipped, chain broken in multiple places, etc.) I will send a paypal invoice for any additional funds needed to facilitate your repairs.

PLEASE MAKE SURE you leave me a correct and current shipping address when you order as well as clearly labeling your package when you send it in so I know what belongs to whom!

PLEASE MAKE SURE you properly package your piece before shipping it to me! I'm not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. Use a bubble mailer or wrap it in tissue and mark it fragile please!

Repairs can be expected within 2-3 weeks of them being received by me. If I need extra time or any further details to complete your repair I will contact you, so don't forget to leave me a good email address!
